Lana and the Dog is a creative and sensory studio rooted in slowness, observation, and meaningful connection — with places, materials, the natural environment, and the self.
Founded by Eleni (Lana), a museologist, author, and licensed tour guide, the project brings together art, storytelling, and lived experience. Drawing from a background in archaeology, museums, and poetic practice, Lana and the Dog offers a different way of engaging with the world: not through information alone, but through presence. Respect for nature and a mindful relationship with the environment are central to every experience.
At its core, the brand creates small-scale, intimate experiences designed for those who seek depth rather than speed. These include sensory walks in historical landscapes, cyanotype workshops using sunlight and natural elements, and creative sessions that invite participants to slow down and observe.
Each experience is carefully designed to be inclusive for introverts and Highly Sensitive People (HSP), offering a calm, non-overstimulating environment where participation is gentle and optional. Often, Ivan — a calm and intuitive companion — is present, adding a quiet sense of grounding to the experience.
Rather than focusing on performance or productivity, Lana and the Dog encourages a quieter form of creativity — one that emerges through attention, curiosity, and the subtle interaction between light, texture, memory, and place.
Whether by the sea or within ancient paths, participants are invited to reconnect with their senses, create something tangible, and experience a moment of stillness.
Lana and the Dog is not just about learning something new.
It is about experiencing something real.
